Gui Ju
The natal flying sword of Liu Jinglong, which possesses the innate ability to manifest a Small Heaven and Earth domain dictated by absolute rules.
Overview
Gui Ju (规矩), translating to "Rules," is the natal flying sword belonging to Liu Jinglong, the distinguished young sword immortal and sect master of the Taihui Sword Sect in the Northern Julu Continent. The flying sword's unique and somewhat eccentric name is derived from a classic text written by an ancient Confucian sage.
Despite Liu Jinglong's widespread fame as a land蛟龙 (Land Flood Dragon) of the Northern Julu Continent, the exact innate divine ability of his flying sword remained a closely guarded secret from most of the continent's cultivation world for a long time.
Innate Ability and Domain
The fundamental mechanism of Gui Ju relies on the creation and enforcement of absolute rules within a spatial domain.
When deployed, the flying sword's innate ability constructs a Small Heaven and Earth (小天地) forged entirely from countless strands of pure sword intent. This domain is inextricably linked to Liu Jinglong's line of sight and will; wherever his gaze reaches, that space becomes a domain dictated by his "rules."
Inside this constructed territory, Liu Jinglong's designated rules govern the environment, allowing him to suppress opponents without necessarily resorting to immediate lethal force. This was demonstrated when he effortlessly trapped Rong Chang, a Nascent Soul (Yuanying) sword cultivator from the Floating Duckweed Sword Lake, completely immobilizing him within a localized cage of pure sword intent. The ability perfectly reflects Liu Jinglong's disciplined, scholar-like disposition, manifesting his deeply ingrained adherence to principles and order into a tangible, overwhelming martial suppression.
