Overview

During the active phase of the Haoran World's counter-offensive into the Wild World, a covert team of five peak sword immortals—Chen Ping'an, Ning Yao, Qi Tingji, Lu Zhi, and the former Penal Official Hao Su—infiltrated the demon homeland. Their target was not the battlefield vanguard, but rather the very cosmological foundations of the Wild World: Tuoyue Mountain and the middle moon, Haocai (皓彩).

At Tuoyue Mountain, Chen Ping'an engaged in a brutal single combat against the peak Ascended-tier Great Demon Yuanxiong (元凶), the first disciple of the Tuoyue Mountain Grand Ancestor who had merged his Dao with the mountain itself. Utilizing his temporary fourteen-tier cultivation and his status as a "Real Sword Holder", Chen Ping'an relentlessly delivered over three thousand sword strikes against the mountain. He ultimately unleashed a heaven-opening final blow that physically cleft Tuoyue Mountain in half. This strike not only permanently scarred the mountain with a massive sword-qi gorge but also completely obliterated Yuanxiong, bypassing his immortality linked to the mountain's foundation.

Simultaneously, while Chen Ping'an held the line against Tuoyue Mountain, the remaining four sword immortals executed a heaven-defying cosmological maneuver. They aimed to completely remove the Haocai moon from the Wild World's sky. With Ning Yao utilizing her fairy sword to open the path, Qi Tingji casting a sprawling sword array to tow the celestial body, Hao Su using his natal flying sword to alter its Dao properties, and Lu Zhi pushing from behind, they successfully dragged the moon out of its orbit. Aided by the secret Daoist magic of Bai Yujing's Third Headmaster Lu Chen, the team successfully relocated the Haocai moon to the Qingming Heaven.

Outcome / Consequences

This surgical strike serves as the apex of the Haoran World's retaliatory campaign. By physically cleaving Tuoyue Mountain and stealing the Haocai moon, the sword immortals dealt a devastating blow to the Wild World's core Dao foundation and morale. The event irreparably damaged the cosmological integrity of the demon realm, proving that humanity could strike the deepest heart of the Wild World with overwhelming lethality, while cementing Chen Ping'an's status as a supreme cosmological agent capable of reshaping worlds.
