Overview

The Ritual Sage (礼圣) is one of the supreme defining sages of the Confucian Temple (文庙) in the Haoran Heaven, second in authority only to the Most Holy Teacher (至圣先师). He is the primary architect of the foundational rules, moral frameworks, and laws that govern both the secular dynasties and the mountain cultivation sects of the human world.

• The Ultimate Deterrent: In the modern era, as apex cultivators like the White Emperor City Lord Zheng Juzhong navigate the limits of the world's laws, the Ritual Sage is widely recognized by top-tier entities as the only existence capable of truly constraining and restraining Zheng Juzhong's actions.
• The Riverside Assembly: In preparation for the ultimate clashes involving the Manhuang Heaven and the Outer Heavens, the Ritual Sage acted as the primary host and "chief examiner" (主考官) of a highly secretive riverside assembly. This gathering pulled together a large number of the universe's 14th-realm cultivators across three worlds, evaluating them in preparation for the cosmic shifts caused by the dispersing of the Three Teachings' patriarchs.
